Immediate opening for a qualified National Sales Manager to lead our National Sales Team. Solid Sporting Goods Industry experience with established network base required. Experience with International Distribution, International Languages and knowledge of International Diplomatic Protocol a plus.

GHOST BOARD is an international company with a strong 25 year background in skateboarding and a 20 year background in snowboarding and helped pioneer snowboarding in Canada through getting mountains to allow snowboarding by method of snowboard demos with mountain management after its initial launch in the early 1980s.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate will report directly to Executive Management.

Candidate will be responsible for hiring and managing reps nationwide including Hawaii and Alaska and will be responsible for the overall sales management and domestic sales development and maintenance with implementing strategic sales programs, P&L, Trade shows domestically and internationally and overall management responsibilities.

Candidate must have high capacity to lead, direct, manage, implement, delegate, coordinate, develop and sustain capabilities related to National Sales Management position with strong organizational and negotiating skills with strong industry business knowledge, experience and practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Prefer dedicated, experienced, energetic, articulate and educated high volume applicants with natural promotor characteristics.
2. MASTERS DEGREE WITH MAJOR IN BUSINESS PREFERRED.
3. Please furnish Salary History, Reasons for leaving previous employment, References, personal and career objectives, and any other information pertinent to job position.
4. ISPO, SIA, ASR, SURF EXPO Experience preferred.
