Customer Service Representative – Warranty & Civil Servant Program
Orange 21 North America Inc., a developer and distributor of premium eyewear products for Spy, O’Neill, Melodies by MJB and Margaritaville is seeking a highly motivated, Customer Service Representative - Warranty & Civil Servant Program . This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based at our Carlsbad, California headquarters.
Duties to perform but not limited to:
Position Summary:
• Answering consumer calls regarding warranty, product and dealer information.
• Distributing return authorization numbers and making sure that the customer understands our policies.
• Answers consumer e-mails.
• Civil Servant program- answering consumer calls and emails regarding program and product information.
• Helps the department out with miscellaneous tasks and assists in special projects upon request.
• Backup for receptionist
Qualifications:
-- 2+ years prior customer service experience
-- Must possess excellent data entry skills
-- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
-- Experience with Great Plains software a plus
-- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an autonomous environment with minimal direction or supervision
-- Ability to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly workload
