Rogue Status is seeking an experienced, motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Ontario, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities:

•Maintain, service and build account relationships along w/ outside sales reps
•Maintain customer files
•Assist reps w/ overflow and special projects order entry
•Process RA's
•Investigate account discrepancies which include but are not limited to mis-ships, short shipments, refused boxes,etc

Requirements:

•Must have sales and/or customer service experience
•Computer experience - microsoft office, outlook
•Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
•Positive and energetic attitude
•Team player
