Beachworks is a mall-based retailer specializing in fashion apparel and accessories influenced by the surf/skate lifestyle. Beachworks currently has 13 store locations throughout Southern California and Nevada and is on a path for continued growth.

We are currently seeking qualified Store Managers for the following 4 locations:

Costa Mesa - South Coast Plaza location
Mission Viejo
Riverside
Thousand Oaks
QUALIFICATIONS

•At least 1 year of previous retail store management experience at an Assistant level or above.

•Ability to hire, train and develop a sales team committed to providing excellent customer service

•Ability to maximize cash control, inventory and loss prevention standards

•Ability to control payroll through effective planning and scheduling

•Strong visual merchandising skills

•Ability to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for store employees and customers

•Ability to drive sales through great communication and strong leadership
