We are looking for a talented Web and eCommerce Content Manager to join our Marketing team based in Costa Mesa, CA.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for managing website content with a strong focus on online product presentation, developing on-line applications. Along with liaising with business units and Global Webmasters with regards to design and style of content, managing the CRM programme and ensuring the website is used as an effective channel for marketing campaigns.

The ideal applicant will have the following skills/experience:
• Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash MX,
• Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS & Javascript, XML
• Experience in the use of CMS applications
• Flash authoring skills
• Knowledge of Mac print publishing software to complement work from Rip Curl Design Teams.

This is a busy role which requires someone with high levels of drive, organization and initiative to achieve top results. The ability to build strong relationships and be well organized is also essential, as is a passion for technology. A strong affinity with the surf culture and lifestyle is also key.
