The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $199,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are seeking a Manager, Athlete Experience, Jordan Brand Sports Marketing to maintain the relationships and experiences of Jordan-sponsored athletes across multiple sports! In this role, you will work closely with athletes, their agents, and internal partners to ensure that Nike is delivering on its commitments and providing the best possible experience from the athletes very first experience with the brand.In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including driving and implementing our service strategy, be responsible for Global athlete product experiences by way of working across the Sports Marketing geos and dimensions to plan for product integration, and regularly collaborating with Mens & Womens Global Sports Marketing teams to constantly evolve how we view & serve our portfolio of athletes. You'll represent the Sports Marketing team in relevant meetings for Product & Digital, while working with the Director to ensure all paths of work ladder up into one cohesive, connected strategy. Your efforts should produce results in: more strategic product touchpoints, immersive and connected digital services, and budgetary savings as a result of more efficient operating methods.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON-Build a plan and run the end-to-end athlete experience, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that athletes receive the highest level of service and support.-Build and maintain positive relationships with Nike-sponsored athletes, their agents, and their teams.-Collaborate with internal partners, including marketing, product, and communications teams, to ensure that Nike delivers on its commitments to athletes and improves the impact of athlete partnerships.-Represent Nike at athlete events and competitions, ensuring that athletes are supported and that Nike's brand is well-represented.-Develop and implement athlete-specific marketing campaigns, working with internal teams and external partners to improve the impact of Nike's athlete partnerships.-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and standard methodologies in athlete marketing and sponsorship, bringing new ideas and insights to the team.WHAT YOU BRING-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management or related field, advanced degree preferred-Proven experience working alongside a major corporate Apparel/Product Operations engine and service-related digital platforms. (7+ years preferred)-5+ years expertise working with high-profile athletes/teams/leagues/coaches in a professional environment.-5+ years of navigating a sophisticated matrix to achieve high-' level business results for an external partner providing "premium service" expectations.-3+ years successful experience in Sports Marketing building and using key relationships to drive high-level strategies.-Demonstrated ability to build new insights about innovative sports marketing working relationships.-Experience in project management, with the ability to lead sophisticated projects across multiple collaborators.-A passion for sports and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation, presentations (Keynote/Adobe/Powerpoint), Excel and MS Office experience-Ability to travel 25% of the time
