<p><b><span>POSITION SUMMARY: </span></b></p><ul><li>Responsible for reviewing all last developments, providing corrective action and communicating with the last maker to ensure on-time confirmation that meets the standards of the brand. An excellent knowledge of last making, different shoe types, bottom tooling, manufacturing processes and footwear construction is required to ensure corrective measures are translatable into production.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES</span></b></p><ul><li>Responsible for last development and full size last grading, to make sure achieve development and industrializaiton process timeline and style design requirement</li><li>Rectify any last and fitting issue during development stage</li><li>Responsible on time model size fitting approval align with buy ready target day</li><li>Ensure consistent fitting and appearance with confirmation sample</li><li>Ensure to align the fitting comments/result with AMS side</li><li>Ensure wear test process conduct properly, where requested</li><li>Ensure factory last quantity is algined with production order quanity</li><li>Build and maintain last digital library</li><li>Set up brand last standard</li><li>Perform other duties assigned by management</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE</span><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p>A bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar related field</p></li><li>Minimum 12 years in footwear manufacturing and last /fitting technician related role</li><li><p>Good written and oral skills in English & Chinese Mandarin</p></li><li>Good MS Office skills (Excel and Word)</li><li>Good team player and team leader</li><li>Able to adapt fast with learning mindset and embrace the changes when required.</li><li>Expected to work in both company office and factory office to review samples</li><li>Expected to travel both domestic and international to visit vendors when needed</li></ul>","industry":"Retail"
