Purpose of this role:

With holistic understanding of ecommerce & media landscape/ HtW, this role is accountable in searching and sharing best practices, introducing new capabilities & tools, supporting brands’ ecommerce & marketing team to drive paid traffic & performance marketing efficiency to empower our brands and grow our business.

Key responsibilities:
! Lead in ecommerce marketing efficiency tracking/ KPI analysis and provide regular EC ROI insights and actions for Tmall & DY, and work with brand EC marketing team to advise on marketing & operation excellence.
! Lead for optimization projects for brands performance marketing & ecommerce paid traffic in big promotion period.
! Develop guidelines, how to win playbook/ use cases and KPI frameworks together with brands.
! EC marketing capability building such as EC paid traffic strategy, short video, live-streaming, KOL best practice and new trend/tools sharing.
! Responsible for managing One VF deal with Alimama to achieve cost saving and explore opportunities to gain more resources from platforms.
! Build corporate agency pool / pitch process and continuously track performance to optimize partner list.

Functional Competencies
! Sound know how on performance & ecommerce marketing tactics (e.g. Tmall paid traffic tools)
! The ideal candidate will be a well-seasoned manager with experience of TP/ paid traffic management agency or brand manager who operates paid traffic & performance marketing
! They will specialize in paid traffic strategy, execution and agency management.
! They will have a high degree of commercial acumen and will bring a results and ROI focused approach to decision making.
! They will have good relationship-building skills to support across a diverse portfolio of brands and a complicated matrix.
! Consumer passion and a strong collaborative spirit are key traits as well as being an excellent communicator, displaying a high degree of credibility and also self-awareness.

Principal Accountabilities:Under general direction:* Lead the strategic development of marketing programs and the planning and execution of larger scale campaigns* Subject matter expert in one or more of the marketing specialties, i.e., email marketing, Pay Per Click (PPC) ads, and/or Search Engine Optimization (SEO)* Lead cross-functional teams from other areas in Marketing, Merchandising and Technology to implement marketing campaigns 

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria* Minimum of five years of related experience preferred* Strong written and oral communication skills* Proficient PC skills 

Knowledge & Application:* Discipline expert, typically with a number of years post qualification experience or equivalent business experience * Integrates and communicates fairly complex information within the specialization or recognized body of formal knowledge* Knowledge of principles and practices within a professional discipline * Assess unusual circumstances, suggests variations in approaches, and incomplete or conflicting data
