Position Summary: Manager, Integrated Marketing

Flojos is seeking a dynamic Manager of Integrated Marketing to oversee and execute our marketing efforts, ensuring consistency, innovation, and efficiency across all customer touchpoints. This role encompasses brand strategy, campaign management, digital and social media marketing, product marketing, retail activation, and wholesale sales support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, brand-driven, and operationally savvy, adept at managing marketing agencies and suppliers to achieve Flojos' growth objectives as part of our overarching business strategy.



Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Lead the planning and execution of Flojos’ GTM strategy, aligning product launches and customer campaigns.
  • Ensure cohesive marketing efforts that drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.

Digital and Social Media Marketing

  • Coordinate with external digital agencies and social media consultants to implement and optimize Flojos’ digital strategy.
  • Oversee campaigns across websites, email, SMS, social media, and third-party marketplaces.

Brand and Campaign Consistency

  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and imagery across all platforms to deliver a unified customer experience.

In-Store Retail Activation

  • Partner with retail outlets to enhance Flojos’ in-store presence through impactful signage, displays, and point-of-sale activations.

Wholesale Sales Support

  • Develop standout marketing materials to empower sales representatives in expanding retail partnerships and boosting sales performance.

KPIs, Analytics, and Reporting

  • Establish and track key performance indicators across all marketing programs.
  • Communicate campaign effectiveness and insights to the executive team, driving data-informed decisions.

Budget Oversight

  • Develop annual marketing budgets and ensure all programs are executed within budgetary constraints.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably with a high-growth consumer brand.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in both traditional and contemporary marketing, with a strong track record of leading integrated campaigns and product launches.
  • Digital Proficiency: Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies to drive customer engagement and behavior.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Skilled at working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, including direct input from the CEO.
  • Agency Management: Proven ability to guide and manage external partners and agencies, making decisive calls to benefit the brand.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, social insights, and consumer behavior, applying these insights to marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Experience creating and managing marketing budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency and ROI.
