Job Description
Manage the full activities of the accounting department and the accounting staff. Provide leadership on all financial matters. Oversee all accounting procedures to ensure the preparation of accurate data necessary for business decisions and operations. Responsible for the monthly close and the preparation of all financial reports.

Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years experience required in accounting and financial management, preferably at a company with $100-200 million in sales and 100-200 employees.
- Excellent organization and management skills are required. Public accounting experience and an MBA are a plus.
- Ability to provide strategic financial planning and analysis, and be able to interact effectively with executive and director level department leaders.
- Knowledge of international finance is important. Experience with accounting for inventory and inventory controls is critical.
