We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-moving team and serve as the executional right hand to our Head of Marketing, who you'll be reporting into. You’ll help us bring campaigns to life, manage product seeding and influencer operations, coordinate internal projects, and keep our content and campaign timelines moving. This is a hybrid role in office 2-3 days a week based in Southern California, with occasional travel for events and shoots.
This is an opportunity to do real work in the sports space — to build something for athletes, alongside athletes, with access to events, coaches, and some of the best talent in the game.
What You'll Do:
Influencer, Community & Athlete Support
- Manage influencer seeding, gifting, and follow-up
- Coordinate UGC collection from athletes and creators
- Track usage rights, submissions, and performance
Campaign & Launch Execution
- Manage launch checklists, timelines, and creative asset flow
- Coordinate offer page builds and internal content deadlines
- Keep the marketing team aligned across copy, design, video, dev, etc..
Content & Social Coordination
- Build and manage the social content calendar
- Schedule posts, track performance, and support community moments
- Maintain a backlog of internal content and athlete footage
Project Management
- Oversee the creative task backlog and help prioritize execution
- Keep everyone on track with timelines, tools, and updates
- Support cross-functional collaboration with product, ops, and creative
Event Support
- Assist with local athlete events, media days, and product activations
- Handle logistics, travel coordination, and on-site support
Recommended Qualifications:
- 1–2 years experience in marketing, brand, or content coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and basic creative tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Bonus: Experience editing short-form content via iPhone apps (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
