WHAT THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST DOES:
The Senior Financial Analyst provides critical support and analysis to the Company’s Chief Financial Officer in the areas of Business Planning, Financial Modeling, and Process/Cost Improvements. They will serve an integral role in ensuring the Company meets its profitability targets and strategic objectives.

Business Planning:
• Support, analyze, and assist in the preparation and review of the Company’s annual operating budget including:
o detailed support and analysis of the Company’s revenue forecast and departmental budgets
o detailed support and analysis of balance sheet forecasts and the associated cash flow forecasts
o development of presentations to help summarize the budget results in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand format
• Monthly analysis and review of the Company’s actual financial results compared to the annual operating budget to identify and develop explanations for key variances and to identify favorable or unfavorable trends
• Assist in the development of a regular cash flow forecast for the worldwide enterprise
• Analysis and support for the Company’s long-term strategic planning process
• Develop ad-hoc forecasts of the business to assist management in the understanding of mid-year outlooks for the year

Financial Modeling:
• Develop comprehensive financial models that support the Company’s annual budgeting process and longer-term forecasts of the business’ performance
• Assist in the development of “what-if” scenarios for short-term and long-term strategic planning

Process and Cost Improvements:
• Provide support and resources to assist the Company’s departments with process improvement tools and ideas
• Support departmental leaders in the research and analysis required to identify areas of cost improvement
• Analyze key metrics to assist in the identification and development of future business opportunities
• Assist in the development of a robust reporting infrastructure that provides transparency and easy access to key financial and operating information
• Analyze sales performance metrics at product and geographic levels to identify sales opportunities and/or potential inventory risks
