We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join us at Toor Global Corp., where you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and awareness across all our brands.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven marketer with a passion for driving growth primarily through social media and affiliate partnerships. They also have a proven track record of relationship management and campaign optimization for multiple brands.

Objectives of the Role
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to align with business goals
- Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social media initiatives
- Identifying and recruiting high-quality affiliate partners that align with each brand’s target audience and values
- Acquiring new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output
- Negotiating and managing affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, terms and incentives.
- Aligning our brands with new and emerging trends
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitoring and optimizing social and affiliate campaigns to maximize performance, ROI and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on all program performances, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
Your Tasks
- Create, schedule and publish engaging content for all brands across all social media platforms as well as monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners through outreach, networking and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, provide support, training and resources as needed, as well as monitor their social media activity, performance and compliance with the program’s guidelines.
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep our social media presence consistently relevant.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on social campaigns and affiliate program performance and key metrics.
- Become an extension of all brands to connect with existing customers and acquire new ones.
- Manage all corresponding budgets.
- Collaborate with team members on all special projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in brand management, social media, affiliate marketing and/or digital marketing.
- A strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategies and best practices.
- Experience with relevant marketing platforms, networks and tracking tools.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Significant marketing experience in the Tactical, Action Sports or Outdoor industries.
- Understanding of legal and compliance considerations in marketing.
- Creative thinking, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
