Marketing Manager, Blizzard/Tecnica North America

The North American Marketing Manager’s primary role is to lead Blizzard & Tecnica’s marketing department to create, implement, and manage a unified and progressive North American focused marketing strategy while contributing to the ongoing refinement of the global strategy for the brands.

This position reports into our West Lebanon, NH headquarters office and requires a routine in-office presence. Candidates will need to reside within our geographic location or relocate to be considered for this role. Our HQ team has a hybrid, flexible schedule with 3 days a week of in-office work.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

To be author, monitor, and keeper of Blizzard-Tecnica’s NorAm annual. marketing plan. Act as an authority, promoter, and key contact person for the brands, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer, trade, digital, and cultural touch points. Create, implement, and manage a unified and cohesive strategy utilizing the available human and financial resources to leverage the areas of Communications, Public Relations, Sports Marketing, Digital & social media, Event Marketing, Cause Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing and Partnership Marketing. Ensure the highest-level project management practices are employed to deliver all marketing communications with strategy, budget, and deadline. Organize and provide support for corporate tradeshows, sales meetings, and sponsorship programs to ensure successful execution. Ensure best practices in the development of marketing programs including the writing and sharing of strong creative briefs that will result in creative communications that are on strategy, on brand and on deadline. Establish, build, and maintain a consistent voice within our market. Work with industry partners to broaden brand awareness. Responsible for developing and executing North America content creation and messaging for email campaigns and blogs with support from USA Content Marketing Manager. Proactively collect lead generations and maintain customer relations database with an emphasis on growing the brands audience.

Financial:

Develop, optimize, and track annual Marketing Budgets for USA and Canada.

E-Commerce/B2B/B2C/Sales Support:

Manage Quivers collaborative commerce platform for all pro/e-com/shop employee/VIP Sales Contest programs. Work with product and sales teams to develop and create effective POP items for prominent brand exposure at retail and rental POS. Manage SWAG, POP, & Sales Contest collections that properly align with brand guidelines with design support from USA Content Marketing Manager.

Brand Strategy:

Work with Blizzard-Tecnica NorAm Business Unit Director and B/T SpA product & marketing teams to establish a clear and consistent brand strategy. Contribute to the creation of measurable methodology for evaluating current brand positioning and future direction. Contribute to the process of defining tools, timing, and overall implementation to leverage brand messages. Reinforce alignment of brand strategy through product and marketing to create cohesive marketing and communications approach.
