We’re looking for an trustworthy, outgoing, organized, experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who is hungry to grow the LIFEAID / FITAID brand. Our ideal candidate is passionate about contributing to a healthier world, has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while working with a team. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
The Marketing Manager will be working hand in hand with several other marketing departments, from paid media team to social media, retail marketing to e-commerce. The ideal Marketing Manager not only executes flawlessly, they generates new ideas and report and review analytics on spend and performance. Our Marketing Manager is comfortable with data as well as very driven and creative. By managing several internal and external creative agencies and teams, the new hire is a die-hard brand advocate and always makes sure output and final product is tied tightly to our brand vision and position in the market. From being onsite a photoshoots, to managing full campaigns, the perfect candidate remains organized, calm, cool and collected. They know how to alert management on issues before they arise. They problem solve and get creative before giving up.
Communication is the most critical part of the position and the right candidate has had to wear many different hats so they can understand how to move things forward with many types of projects, large and small. A Marketing Manager with the right qualifications will be someone who is insanely steadfast and ready to take on any challenge. The role reports directly to the CMO and interfaces with senior leadership.

Objectives of this Role
• Research, ideate, trend track for areas of influence and alignment for the brand
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving brand collaboration & partnerships
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
• Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing campaigns
• Identify and manage athlete roster, build content plans and maintain a strong relationship with talent
• Follow social media trends and help with content strategies for social media platforms
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
• Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
