Emerald Expositions, a leader in the B2B tradeshow industry, is hiring a Marketing Manager for our Interbike and Sports Licensing and Tailgate Shows. As a Marketing Manager, you will provide support to the Marketing Director in the planning, creation and execution of various marketing and PR tactics and programs. Your duties will include: attendee acquisition, email marketing, social media, analytics and website content updates, as well as some interaction with media and public relations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Work with Marketing Director to create and execute exhibitor and attendee email campaigns
• Manage attendee database, including identifying buyers, creating tiers among existing buyers and pulling lists.
• Manage all attendee-facing communications in conjunction with Marketing Director. This includes: enewsletters, prospect emails, outside telemarketing, social media, web site.
• Coordinate all website updates and maintain accurate information at all times on websites
• Process all marketing and sales invoices, manage new vendor setup and reconcile marketing budgets
• Assist Marketing Director with sponsorship programs and events
• Create and maintain marketing calendars for all shows
• Assist with events; travel, logistics, materials, etc.
• Write copy for marketing tactics (direct and indirect) that include sales brochures, direct mail, print, email, social media and digital ad campaigns aimed at growing attendance and sales.
• Conduct research as needed for lead generation.
• Attends all shows and provides on-site support as assigned
• Other Marketing Projects as determined by Marketing Management.
• Assist with monitoring and collecting press mentions and coverage
• Assist with monitoring social media mentions related to brand
• Assist with coordinating video & photo schedules with sponsors, exhibitors and production teams
