The Marketing Manager leads the brand marketing strategy for Love Sweat Fitness and is an important part of the leadership team. Reporting to the brand founders. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative and exciting marketing & ecommerce strategies to grow awareness and drive conversions. Focused on building plans that promote rapid growth across all digital channels and bringing a dynamic leadership style to the organization is a must. This role is focused on leading our creative marketing initiatives and creating a best in class content strategy on email, sms and web.

We have a hybrid office schedule - 3 days in-office (San Juan Capistrano) 2 days WFH. You must be located in Orange County.

What You'll Do:
- Build innovative brand marketing plans & manage cross-channel lifecycle marketing strategies that deepen customer engagement and optimize lifetime value 
- Dream up and deliver creative briefs for all major campaigns, integrating business and community insights to inspire innovative thinking
- Be the leader of our unique brand voice through storytelling activations, funnels and broad scale marketing campaigns
- Capture our communities attention by leading the strategy and execution of our email and SMS marketing plans; including campaigns, flows and customer segmentation
- Head up our web content strategy and plan, working closely with the writing team to create value add content that drives SEO
- Be invested in analytics as a primary strategic driver of marketing success. Interpret campaign performance data and turn them into actionable business insights and campaign improvement recommendations
- Keep an eye on the market by monitoring key competitors and consistently evaluating the market landscape + adjacent markets. Research, analyze and monitor trends, brand performance, and demographics to capitalize on opportunities
