This is an exciting opportunity to join Makita USA's marketing team -- a team that does 100% of their marketing work in-house -- and to own, from ideation to implementation, some of their most innovative programs--including digital marketing, content development, social media campaigns, outbound communications, promotions, and so much more.
Your responsibilities span all functions so you will work with product, channel, brand, creative, communications, and software development. You will have a prime platform on which to make a visible impact as you work with fun, high-energy projects. We target niches that respond to youthful, exhilarating promotions, including partnerships with high profile brands in action sports, soccer, energy drinks, and more.
This is a hands-on, ability-to-manage-many-projects-at once, results-oriented position. You’ll be responsible for both planning and implementing our long-term and short-term digital strategy. Success requires an outgoing approach, analytical skills coupled with strong creative ideas, and a "big picture" strategic vision. This is a role for a well-rounded marketing professional who has the toolkit to hit the ground running and a drive to learn and grow.
