About the Role
WaveCel is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across two exciting and growing brands:
- Our helmet liner business, featured inside Burton and Trek helmets.
- Our construction helmet line, designed for the toughest worksites.
This role reports directly to the CEO and is perfect for a creative, motivated marketer who thrives on managing diverse product lines and telling compelling brand stories. It’s a tremendous opportunity for someone looking to build their marketing career further while making an impact in consumer and professional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation – Develop and own a year-round content roadmap, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to produce engaging, high-quality content.
- Digital & E-commerce Presence – Manage and grow our websites, Amazon listings, and social media channels to ensure a consistent, impactful brand experience.
- Campaign Management – Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Market Insights – Track industry trends, analyze competitors, and use data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
- Collaboration – Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably across multiple brands or product lines (5-7 years).
- Strong content strategy and storytelling skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing across web, e-commerce, and social platforms.
- A creative mindset combined with an analytical approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
