We are looking for a marketing professional to join our team at Thrill One Sports & Entertainment! This role will assist in all marketing campaigns across Nitro Circus, Nitrocross, Street League Skateboarding, and other special events as necessary. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in marketing and promotions within live events or with promoters, venues, or stadiums. This position will help execute various tasks for each marketing campaign in the realm of research, grassroots promotions, media planning and buying, partnerships, and reporting.
This is a full-time hybrid position and the candidate must be able to work occasional events. Action Sports knowledge and experience are a plus.
Job Duties:
- Support each marketing campaign by using market research, consumer insights, and industry analysis to help develop new marketing strategies
- Assist the Director of Marketing with all marketing campaigns in the realm of research, grassroots promotions, advertising (media planning and buying), and partnerships.
- Lead grassroots promotional campaigns for all Thrill One properties
- Manage and organize all marketing assets across all Thrill One properties, media partners, and sponsors
- Perform marketing administration and organization duties such as: creating and tracking budgets, campaign calendar management, and reporting
- Support fan experience initiatives for each live event as necessary with the Director of Marketing
- Assist in content creative ideation, planning, and execution with the media team for all marketing initiatives
- Concept and lead micro marketing campaigns that help maintain our email database, owned and partnered websites, and other channels as necessary
- Monitor trends and create new opportunities for fan engagement and exclusive offers
- Assist in the execution of influencer and athlete marketing strategies alongside the Director of Marketing
- Maintain regular and professional communication with internal and external partners
- Ownership of Thrill One’s brands' customer service emails
- Fulfill and organize the business's complimentary ticketing needs
- Travel to events on an as-needed basis
- Other job duties as assigned
