We’re looking for a motivated, passionate, and innovative marketing manager to support our company's rapid growth. In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and working with a cross-functional team to optimize our marketing efforts on a global scale.
To ensure success, you will need knowledge of marketing strategies and real-world experience executing those strategies. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability in all of their activities.
Responsibilities:
• Support and expand the capabilities of our internal marketing team as needed to grow the creative, marketing, and communications reach of the global brand.
• Creative project trafficking and coordination, supporting all areas of the marketing team tasks in Asana and assisting in moving projects along.
• Coordinate product sample programs for our PR team, athletes, influencers, etc.
• Expand social media support for our external agency by researching customer profiles and soliciting new user-generated-content and influencers.
• Manage the creative and content needs for our email marketing flows/campaigns through Klaviyo.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: The annualized salary for this position ranges between $75K - $90K
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. The range listed is just one component of Xero’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and equity awards.

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado.
