Our Marketing Vanguard Program (MVP) is a 2-year program focused on developing your foundational marketing skills to build a career at Nike. We will expand your visibility into Nikes Worldwide Marketing team by providing you with an extensive core curriculum of on-the-job experience, leadership mentorship and personal development opportunities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Were looking for digital natives who are passionate about fusing art and science to define the marketing skillset of the future. Participants will gain exposure to the existing consumer and brand planning experience. This role will work across all phases of marketing, from concepting to production to activation. We believe in delivering a premium, compelling, and authentic experience to all MVP program participants.
WHAT YOULL EXPERIENCE
Throughout 4 different rotations over 24 months, you will receive on-the-job experiences within, but not limited to, Brand Planning, Brand Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing, and Brand Creative functional areas. You'll also work with a variety of Worldwide Marketing leaders to build the future of sport through consumer-right marketing plans. Examples of project work may include:
Partner on holistic seasonal go-to-market plans
Support development of brand plans
Research, evaluate and develop a deep understanding of the social, cultural and digital landscape and sport trends to help define opportunities to shape the future of Sport!
This role will also be a member of a MVP cohort, navigating a similar experience across the Nike business and matrix together.
Qualifications:
Masters Marketing / MBA level candidates (2nd year) with 3-5 years of professional experience.
Direct Marketing experience can vary from 0-4 years.
Collaborative, innovative, and strategic problem solver, with a proven track record to drive and deliver results.
Passion for sport and Nike.
Global perspective.
