Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create. Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At Nike, its about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.
NIKEs Marketplace Operations (MPO) team is responsible for enabling the best Nike consumer experience by offering the right supply chain and fulfillment services where it matters, and by getting the right product, to the right place, at the right time - in a profitable way. We are continually innovating to meet evolving consumer needs in a digitally connected marketplace.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will drive insights into actions in partnership with the Marketplace Operations Managers and MPO team by observing and understanding business operations. You will support the running of owned processes while bringing a continuous improvement mentality for your team and Marketplace Operations as a whole. We need you to set-up the team with tools, drive efficiencies and standard methodologies, use insights to elevate performance, and clear communication of deadlines and deliverables. You will support a balanced performance management cycle to drive decision making to improve revenue and margin. You are responsible for providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities to implement process improvement solutions, for internal and external partners.
Key experiences to gain in this role include Supply Chain/Account & Channel collaboration and indirect influence and leadership. We are seeking an individual who can problem solve, and story tell through critical thinking and facts. This individual will build strategic partnerships and have change management exposure.
Based on the above responsibilities you must be a great teammate able to comfortably navigate a matrix work environment and excel as a self-directed individual. An ideal candidate has a background in retail supply chain planning & operations, shows passion for the consumer, vision for innovation, and an appetite for aggressive growth!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will identify process improvement opportunities or new solutions and drive cross functional projects to implement enhancements. You should have the ability to understand, evaluate, and consult on business problems to implement solutions that speed up decision enablement and drive productivity and profitability. We are looking for someone who can drive speed-to-market improvements, reliability initiatives and focus on elevating the consumer experience.
In this role, you will also provide clear and concise communications around metrics and topics that drive the business forward, as well as monitor and share performance KPIs to improve service & drive business decisions. You will amplify the sharing of best practices and demonstrate those findings to increase the overall impact to the business. We are looking for someone who will ensure quality, timely relevant information is in place to ensure clarity and visibility for internal partners.
You will play an active role in the North America Marketplace Operations Process Network; supporting the roll out of new processes, analytical tools and solutions, providing training on when and how they should be used! You will also assist in support for processes, analytics tools, and solutions - including raising concerns to Marketplace Operations Subject Matter Experts. You will develop and maintain close collaboration with key partners across the Nike matrix (Process Lead network, Business Analysts, Transportation, Info & Analytics team, IBP, NMP, Nike Direct, Marketplace Operations Seasonal).
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work in a cross-functional agile environment that spans across North America MPO, NA Supply Chain and the MPUs operational business needs.
WHAT YOU BRING
Digital literacy: MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau
Bachelors degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, or related experience preferred.
