Fox is seeking an exceptional team leader for the Fox Retail Store Manager position.

Duties:
- The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for managing the daily and strategic store operations. This includes all personnel planning and some Human Resource management.

Other duties include:
- Event planning
- Meeting all the prescribed goals for Sales, Margins, Inventory, Loss Prevention/Management Controls, and Visual Merchandising

This position is based in Santa Clara, CA - Westfield Valley Fair Mall.

Schedule Requirements:
The store is open 7 days a week including holidays (except Christmas Day). The Manager's schedule must be flexible to accommodate weekdays and weekends, as is necessary.

Qualifications:
- 3 + years experience as a Clothing Retail Store Manager is preferred
- College degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or equivalent experience is a must.
