What will you work on?
The Member Communication Professional, EMEA will be at the forefront of how we communicate with Nike EMEA Members, personally and at scale.
This position will be tasked with supporting the vision for what the Member Communications seasonal strategy at Nike should look and feel like, with the goal of creating and optimizing strategies to engage and retain members.
Key Responsibilities:
Own EMEA seasonal program strategy for emails, push, and in-app communications in alignment to business priorities.

Champion new ways of working, with members at the center.

Shape a vision for how Nike can better utilise targeted comms to achieve company goals.

Elevate the way we communicate to members with relevancy and consistency.

Partner cross-functionally to bring seasonal campaigns to life, to provide a one-member view across different comms programs, and to advance technical capabilities.

Own KPIs to measure the success of member communications, improving program experimentation.

Advocate for Member Comms vision across the organization.


What Success Looks Like:
At large, the EMEA Member Marketing team is focused on strategies that drive desired member behaviors, leading to lasting growth outcomes.
Each team is designed to serve a different purpose within the members world, and personal journey. Core KPIs include: engagement, contactability, retention.
As the Member Comms Professional, we will be looking to you to help define the seasonal program strategy, own the roadmap, based on short and long-term goals and capabilities.

Who you will work with?
This role will be reporting into the Director, EMEA Member Communication, collaborating closely with other teams such as Direct Digital Marketing, Marketing Science, Content Ops, Member Lifecycle and Marketing Operations.

What you bring:
The best person for this role is a long-game player, with a thirst to build the future for Nike marketing from the ground up. We are looking for a visionary marketeer, who can translate business needs to partner teams from creative, analytics, and tech. This person must be comfortable sitting at multiple tables and aligning with different stakeholders across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate can move fluidly across different teams and time-frames, with the ability to translate business and technical visions and needs.
Additonal requirements:
Ability to overcome organizational barriers to implement a cohesive CRM strategy based on best practices.

Sound business judgment, with the ability to zoom in on specific details while maintaining a broader perspective, enabling effective prioritization.

Strong understanding of the Digital ecosystem, CRM, lifecycle, and member marketing practices, channel and content optimization best practices.

6 + years experience around digital marketing & web analytics tools

Creatively & analytically minded - finds creative ways to solve problems,synthesizes raw data into insights to gain agreement across the business, setsclear important metrics, and makes sound decisions for the benefit of our Members and the brand

Process-oriented: working with our Ops partners to protect the member experience through end-to-end processes.

Strong organizational and presentation skills

A curiosity for consumer behavior, retail trends, sport culture
