<p>This Planning position will focus in our Close to Body division within Calvin Klein--category examples in this division include Sport, Lingerie, Solution (e.g., shapewear), Logo, and Sports Bras. <b><i> </i></b>The Merchandise Planner will be a key partner to Brand Merchandising and Global regions/ Regional channels to understand and address product opportunities and challenges. The Close to Body Merchandise Planner will help develop seasonal product plans, analyze sku productivity, perform in-season and post-season hindsight reporting across Regional channels by collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners. They will undertake projects with high levels of engagement and curiosity and will ensure accurate and timely calendar management for each season. In addition, they will manage, train, and develop the Assistant Merchandise Planner</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></p><p></p><p>Product Strategy:</p><ul><li>Own aggregation of Global regions pre-season buy projections by classification, program, essentials, product segmentation for all KPIs at Go-to-Consumer milestones</li><li>Compile and analyze quarterly, seasonal, annual actualized shipments, style/sku counts, and margins for Regional channels. Monitor actuals against projections to understand business results and share insights on variances.</li><li><span>Identify product and delivery flow wins/risks and cross-channel opportunities to drive assortment strategies</span></li><li><span>Analyze and identify opportunities to improve sku efficiency</span> by monitoring pre-season development and adoption rates and in-season sales productivity to eliminate unproductive skus</li><li>Ensure style/sku planning attributes are consistent with evolving product line architecture</li></ul><p></p><p>Business Analysis:</p><ul><li>Analyze selling data across Globe regions and Regional channels<ul><li><span>In-Season/Post-season business opportunity </span><ul><li>WTD/MTD selling analysis and share out</li><li>QTD/STD selling hindsights</li></ul></li><li>Top line sales and sales trends</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Best and worst sellers; color selling</li><li>Assortment updates and learnings</li><li><span>Participate in weekly business discussions with Regional channels and connect with cross-functional teams to analyze the business and dig deeper into product selling performance</span></li><li>Perform margin and cost analysis to ensure margin targets are achieved, and call out risks as needed</li><li>Develop and build standardized reports to review and share out selling</li><li>Solicit and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree; a business background, preferred</li><li>3 to 5+ years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, including time as a Planner, Buyer, or as Retail business analyst</li><li>Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint</li><li>Knowledge of ACS, SAP, 7th On-Line, Lighthouse, Visulon preferred</li><li>Strong analytical/math Skills</li><li>Strong time management skills, attention to detail, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills communication between functional groups is critical</li><li>Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-HYBRID</p><p>Pay Range:
$75,500 - $100,000<br>PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
