Thats the Power of PVH.</p><p></p><p><b>The Team</b></p><p>Supply Value Chain department in PVH Europe focuses on the full network between company and its suppliers and customers. The Team drives strategic and operational processes that enables the business to ensure modern and compliant supply chain.</p><p></p><p><b>The Position</b></p><p>Participate in handovers leading to production ready milestone & follow through to final production, ensuring quick resolution to delays & smooth outbound process in coordination w/ Logistics, Supply Planning & other connected functions.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p>1. Support sourcing strategy definition</p><ul><li>Create visibility on vendors production performance & collaborate with METs, Planning to improve over time</li><li>Provide inputs into sourcing strategy from production perspective (vendor strengths, capabilities, weaknesses)</li></ul><p></p><p>2. Participate in handover meetings leading up to Production Ready</p><ul><li>Ensure clear understanding of tech pack, highlight key call outs and potential risks from production perspective and counteractions executed</li><li>Ensure risk assessment call outs are addressed with vendors & follow through to resolution in coordination w/ Product Integrity</li></ul><p></p><p>3. Ensure timely production follow up & tracking to AC plan by Production Management team</p><ul><li>Monitor production status through WIP, reporting tools, ensure quick problem solving at factory level</li><li>Check the issue-case file which is prepared by factory & ensure CAPs defined and implemented to address root causes</li><li>Review last factory visit recaps to keep track of progress made</li><li>Raise potential issues to senior management with the use of Escalation Chart and maintain the accuracy of the Escalation Chart</li></ul><p></p><p>4. Drive fast issue resolutions for delays/ changes</p><ul><li>Ensure Production Management teams effectively manage vendor ACD requests (extend or advance). If it is extended, keep original ACD where possible or follow up w/ Buying/Planning teams to request updates</li><li>Execute PO maintenance procedures & identify opportunities to harmonize across brands where possible</li><li>Resolve other operational issues e.g., production split shipment, over/short shipment qty, outbound queries, IM coordination</li></ul><p></p><p>5. Support capacity planning and seasonal/NOS Buy Plans</p><ul><li>Own the process of local capacity planning, seasonal and non-seasonal buy plans together with central Buying & Planning teams</li><li>Negotiate with vendors for the most efficient AC Dates</li><li>Syncronize AC Dates according to business needs and inbound plans</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul><li>4-7 years of experience in apparel sourcing / manufacturing environment</li><li>Prior knowledge sourcing production processes, resolving production issues & engaging with vendors, divisions, sourcing teams to course correct as needed</li><li>Capacity to build seasonal and non-seasonal production planning</li><li>Experience of the end-to-end value process; ability to work with both product teams, sourcing teams and external vendors</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Degree in Textiles, Fashion or supply chain management</li><li>MBA is a plus</li></ul><ul><li>Leadership & coaching</li><li>Negotiation skills</li><li>Interpersonal skills & Communication</li><li>Computer, technically competent</li><li>Team management capability</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us: </b></p><ul><li>A company culture that fosters development, offering training and learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</li><li>An international environment which respects diversity, equality, and individuality</li><li>A monthly Covid home- office budget</li><li>A smart work program that empowers our associates to work from home in the Netherlands, within a flexible schedule</li><li>A beautiful state-of-the-art Campus awaiting you upon our return to the office</li></ul><p><br />Please include a cover letter with your application.
