We are looking for a Merchandising Intern to work with the key accounts team.

This is a paid internship from now through summer (approximately 6 months) in Culver City, Ca. and will be two days a week from 9am – 6pm.

MERCHANDISING INTERN
Objective:
- Merchandising Intern will be assisting Associate Merchandiser on Key Accounts

Job Tasks:
- Assist Associate Merchandiser in any and all needs of the accounts
- Responsible for sending and tracking samples
- Organizing sample areas
- Sending and approving lab dip submissions, filing lab dips in binders for reference
- Helping to get styles set up in internal/customer system
- Creating order worksheets to send to factories
- Working with CAD team to make sure artwork is updated and submitted to Portfolio
- Creating galleries in Portfolio and tracking approvals of artwork and samples
- Keeping track of customs letters for each season and sending to the necessary international contacts
