RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role works closely with not only external partners but also internal x-functional teams, including business operation, site merchandising, membership, campaign planning, site authoring, tech/engineering, and marketing, to ensure Tmall store user experience meets / exceeds user expectations and to optimize merchandise commercialization on Tmall Platfom.
Be responsible for overseeing and managing the user experience design of store user journey and ensuring an intuitive and appealing experience.
In charge of site journey innovation and routine design optimization.
Establish strong partnership with external vendors and evaluate vendor performance through multiple project management.
Can always drive user experience innovation and best practice to serve Tmall platform business strategy and store priorities.
Lead and develop an innovative & productive user experience team, co-work with line manager to refine UXUI game plan.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
8+ years of experience in multiple digital commerce, Tmall platform management is must-have.
Strong UXUI experience with excellence consumer mindset.
Good project management skills to improve design and development productivity.
Very good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
Good people management skills to improve team collaborations internally & externally.
Familiar with digital product development and good application through Ali vibe.
