JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an effective, results-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVE with CYCLING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, initiative, an entrepreneurial spirit, a history of results, and excellent people skills to join our team and be a part of a dynamic and creative work environment which allows for growth and autonomy.
The Sales Representative will handle daily transactions that occur at the sales desk while communicating with management concerning the development and growth of existing and new customer accounts.
A successful candidate must demonstrate that they can perform the following:
1. Maintain customer service levels that include: excellent phone and e-mail communication skills, accuracy in quoting price & delivery, expeditious handling of customer priorities, and follow-through on commitments made concerning all transactions.
2. Inform customer(s) of unit prices, shipping dates and any additional information needed by the customer.
3. Answer questions from customer(s) or individual(s) on how a product operates or direct them to the person that is able to assist them.
4. Manage inbound inquiries and convert potential customers into sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bicycling industry experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience or related experience and/or training.
- Proficiency in basic sales-related technology (E-mail, Word, Excel, Etc.).
- E-commerce industry a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Salary based on experience, qualifications, and history of success.
