Position: Sourcing and Production Assistant: Challenging work, fun
company. Main Job duties include contacting and assessing overseas
factories, sourcing materials, managing costing information, monitoring
production and quality control of various products including outerwear,
first layer, accessories, soft goods. This is a tough job that requires
superior attention to detail, persistence, patience, diligence, and a strong
work ethic. Company culture is a good balance of fun and hard work.
Based in Portland, OR. Travel to Asia 2 or more times per year.

Salary: DOE

Required Experience:
- 4-year degree in related field and/or 2 years experience in
production
- Minimum 2-year experience and demonstrated success in
management
- Basic facility with Excel / spreadsheets
- Production and Development experience a strong plus
- Experience in outdoor industry and/or action sports industry
preferred
- Apparel experience a plus
- Chinese language skills a plus
