As the Digital Marketplace Operations Process Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert on end-toe-end Digital Launch/SNKRS supply chain. By supervising and understanding Launch business operations, you will be able to provide continuous improvement for optimizing and improving efficiencies in our day-to-day. Responsible for providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities, for internal and external collaborators of the Digital Team.
Monitor, leverage and improve Performance KPIs to enhance service & drive business decisions.
Ensure quality, timely relevant information is in place to ensure transparency and visibility for internal partners.
Drive continuous process improvement & support operational partners in capability building projects.
Manage collaborators across MPO, Logistics, and NDDC to ensure successful execution of each key Launch moment.

Key focuses will be on
Launch Inventory positioning within the network, working with Seasonal Readiness and Order management teams on STO/Diverts execution
Assessing impacts around our current Launch readiness processes through the SEC lens and seamlessly helping transition the team through SEC implementation.
Support critical initiatives aimed at driving the operational efficiency of for each launch moment, improve systems architecture and DC operations specific to Launch
Lead and own Launch inventory shifts process and execution.
Play an active role as SME for Launch operations within Digital MPO, NDCC, Logistics teams
Support capability building projects and provide peer mentorship and training.
Represent Launch in key cross functional meetings and support BTS/HO23 readiness/execution.

Analytical skills which support a result-driven approach delivering operational excellence (excel, tableau, Cognos, Airtable)

Excellent written and verbal communicator
Displayed continuous improvement and growth mindset

Qualifications
Bachelors degree with at least 1-3 years of meaningful work experience, preferred
Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance or related experience preferred.
