WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're hiring a Marketplace Operations (MPO) Process Analyst II to join the Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP) team! Come join us!
As an MPO Process Analyst II on the Network Readiness pillar of the IFP team, we will drive insights into actions by partnering with MPO channels (Digital, Stores, Marketplace partners, and Value partners), cross functionally with North American distribution centers, all aspects of transportation (First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile) and across other groups of the Nike supply chain. You will support the execution of IFP owned processes while bringing a continuous improvement mentality to IFP and MPO. We need you to set-up the team with tools to drive efficiencies, standardize methodologies, use insights to elevate performance, and clearly communicate mitigations that maximize the NA distribution network for the 618-month horizon. You will be responsible for analyzing, simulating process improvement solutions, and reporting relevant and accurate data that highlights risks to internal and external stakeholders.

What you will work on?
Monthly upstream order book analysis to support inventory repositioning initiatives that intend to maximize the distribution center network to achieve revenue goals for upcoming seasons.
Partner cross functionally with S&IP, seasonal readiness, and marketplace channels along with internal IFP specialists to align on PO/SO adjustments prior to factory production of upcoming seasonal product.
Develop, monitor, and improve performance KPIs that drive inter-network inventory placement from ideation to execution.
Leverage query tools including Teradata and SQL to extract relevant data and incorporate resulting data with Tableau or other reporting tools to summarize output for stakeholder review.
Assist in data gathering for monthly planning and executing of omni-channel forums, supervise action items and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure monthly follow-ups are seen to completion.
Train and support bandwidth required for tactical execution of order maintenance in SAP as required.
Facilitate weekly node/project calls with key partners.
Identify and lead omni-channel process improvement opportunities or new solutions and drive cross functional projects to implement enhancements.
Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for specialists and specialist leads to enable career growth across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and partners to drive an outstanding customer service
Analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence
Innovative mentality and persistence in a very volatile and fast-growing market and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement
Ability to work in a constant changing environment. Team spirit where you will be sharing experiences and responsibilities.
Digital literacy: MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, Teradata, and Tableau
Minimum of 2 years meaningful work experience
Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, or related experience preferred.
