Absolute Merch, a leader in designing and producing apparel for music artists, influencers and brands in culture spaces, is currently seeking multiple in-house graphic artists to support our product services and continuous rapid growth. We are looking for candidates that constantly fine-tune their graphic skills and are thirsty to continue to grow their experience. Flexibility to maneuver all lanes of graphic design is critical for this roll as you will be working on projects for apparel designs, social media, eComm, retail marketing, brand decks and more. Ideal Candidates
Your day-to-day will vary in a wide array of projects.
• Logo and brand identity design and development
• Designing apparel graphics for a wide variety of customers in the high demand world of music, artists, influencers and in-house brands.
• Designing marketing collateral, decks, proposals, web banners, newsletters, and social media assets
• Conceptualize, elevate, and be accountable for the quality of work and timeliness of delivery across multiple creative projects
• Work cooperatively with the creative team, producers and account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the project
• Think both creatively and strategically to produce new ideas, concepts and develop design; whether for active projects or for new business deck proposals
• Research inspiration and keep up-to-date on relevant trends in the competitive landscape of our costumers
• Ability and willingness to work overtime without advanced notice, when needed

What We’re Looking For
• At least 1-3 years of apparel or agency design experience in a fast-paced environment (Preferred but not required)
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with special focus on Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong sense of typography and layout hierarchy is a must
• Ultra-sensitive to the importance of consistent branding and forward-thinking designs
• Must have experience designing and producing web and/or social visual assets a plus
• Working knowledge of motion graphic and photo retouching a plus
• Strong knowledge of street culture and multiple genres of music is a plus
• Freehand art ability is a huge plus, but not required.
• Be a team player who can take direction and run or be a self-starter when needed
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A sense of humor is always welcomed
