C1RCA Footwear and Apparel is looking for a Sales Support Representative to support the C1RCA sales team.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing company for some one with at least 1+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
•Manage: Track Field Rep programs and assignments as set by director of sales.
•Manage past cancel and soon to cancel reports, allocation reports, WIP reports and open order reports.
•Monitor RA’s for customer base
•Manage the tracking of pre-book orders and at once orders to make sure they are receiving allocation and shipping within the specified ship windows
•Travel periodically to attend trade shows, sales meetings, and customer visits
•Implement and monitor sales operation initiatives as set by the director of sales.
•Must be outbound call proficient
•Interface for field reps and field rep projects: samples, catalogs, manage the flow of below information to reps, etc.
Requirements:
•Must be computer friendly (excel, word, email)
•Energetic and performance oriented individual who has a passion for customer service with the ability to deliver effectively against short and long term goals.
•Proficient in process improvement
•Excellent organizational, problem solving and customer service skills
•1+ yrs exp.
