WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Our highly competitive legal internship program offers current first year, 1L, law school students the rare opportunity to gain real world experience in all areas of the law within NIKEs global Legal department based at our World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. Our expert legal practice groups function in particular areas of the law, including brand communications, corporate governance and securities, brand protection, intellectual property, sports marketing, business transactions, employment/immigration, real estate, and litigation.
WHAT YOULL EXPERIENCE:
As an intern you will assist NIKE in-house lawyers and legal teams on a wide range of complex legal issues. You will gain hands-on experience in the structuring, drafting, and implementing of business transactions. You will participate in the broader NIKE, Inc. internship program, which enables networking opportunities and broader exposure to other aspects of NIKE as a company. Qualifications:
Enrolled Law School student, 1L, with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or Spring 2026
0-3 years work experience preferred
Cover Letter required
Skills:
Excellent oral communication and writing skills
Proven ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities under tight timelines
Entrepreneurial; eager to learn, team player, comfortable seeking out assignments
Demonstrated leadership, business experience, or other unique qualifications or skills may also be considered
Passion for sport and NIKE Brand
