WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Partner Business Management (PBM) role manages a portfolio of Nike Store Partnered (NSP) stores which are Nike mono-brand stores operated by an external business partner. This role will work with partner closely to develop annual and multi-annual fleet plan and financial targets. You will also need to ensure that both Nike and partner execute the plan to meet the target, achieving mutual profitability. You will also need to collaborate with cross functional teams within Nike for new store openings to lead assortment planning and share of business to match the companys and business units growth strategies.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?Externally, this role will work closely with leadership and Store Development representative of the partner company. You will also need to frequently collaborate with internal stakeholders from Real Estate, Legal, Marketplace Finance as well as Demand Supply Management (DSM) and Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) teams. Communication with Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) NSP Director is required on a regular basis.

WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelors degree or anything equivalent.
5+ years of progressive retail experience or anything equivalent.
Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking. Possess good understanding of companys strategy and able to execute.
Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders and partners.
Experience working with wholesale partner is a plus, with good understanding of direct store is ideal.
Prior experience in partnering effectively in a cross-cultural and diverse team.
Strong written and spoken communication in English and Japanese including creation of presentation materials.
