Due to our tremendous growth we’re currently seeking a talented and motivated individual for the position of Awesome Tour Assistant.
This candidate is responsible for both the set up and breakdown of all tour bus events. The tour bus is a 75-foot motor coach, equipped with TV’s, full outside entertainment center, roof top deck and patio. This National Marketing campaign saw more than 38 states and travelled 30,000+ miles in its’ inaugural year of 2012. With the dual purpose of marketing and sales, we are looking for someone that is hardworking and experienced to fill this position. You will be required to promote and sell product at different events across the country. You will be working closely with other Travis Mathew team members to execute events from start to finish. In addition to organizing, this candidate will be coordinating and executing other marketing campaigns and outside events. You may be required to be on the road for as much as 4-5 week at a time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing and organizing Event Orders (EO) prior to events.
• Having the physical ability to set up and take down entire tour bus.
• Interacting and selling merchandise to customers
• Having an understanding of Travis Mathew product line (Product names, style and fit)
• Being given a task and seeing it all the way through.
Qualifications:
• 4 year degree or equivalent
• 0-3 years of marketing experience
• Creative and critical thinking skills
• Must be enthusiastic about golf, with the ability to work with others as well as with the general public
• Some retail experience, golf industry experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Travis Mathew products, history, and culture
• Understanding of the retail environment
• Highly self-motivated can complete day-to-day tasks unsupervised
• Strong ability to influence people and persuade
• Must work well independently, with the flexibility of being away from home for extended periods of time
• A clean driving record, with no history of DUIs
• Willing and interested in getting Class A CDL license
• Experience driving a large vehicle or truck and trailer are a plus
• Ability to lift 50lbs
