WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike Consumer Direct Marketing is looking for a Marketing Specialist to be a part of the Flagship Experiences team and play a critical role in how we show up for the consumer within our most visible and highly trafficked platforms, Nike.com and Nike App! This position will be a key component to how we serve consumers across our most visible pages on and define new and effective ways to bring brand stories to life, achieve business priorities, and explore new ways to engage, grow and retain members.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will develop consumer journeys aligned to seasonal strategies and goals. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and programming of various content on Nike.com and Nike App, including developing creative briefs, defining the linking strategy, reviewing creative and providing feedback and insights. In partnership with our production and authoring teams, you will work to ensure content is QAd and scheduled to ensure launch dates are met with flawless execution.

You will use data and analytics to optimize the consumer journey and drive engagement and retention. You will help inform the content creation process with in-season findings to develop channel right creative assets and copy. You will be a positive influence, advocate, partner and collaborator across categories and functional partners of Nike.com and the Nike App.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As part of North America Consumer Direct Marketing team your mission will be focused on delivering consumer centric experiences built around the needs of the athlete* & at the pace of sport. You will be a key contributor into a multi-pronged digital marketing strategy that crosses teams throughout the organization. You will work with key partners throughout the content briefing and publishing process including: Digital channels, digital brand, membership, business, operations, authoring, consumer direct sciences, and analytics teams.

WHAT YOU BRING
You will bring a desire to be a part of a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand. You have a strong understanding of website marketing, consumer experience, and working understanding of website digital capabilities and standard processes.

You will bring a natural digital curiosity with in-depth awareness and passion for learning the marketplace, consumer trends, evolving retail landscape and industry best practices.
Bachelor Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or a combination of relevant education, experience and training
2-4 years or more of work experience in a digital or brand marketing role, including working within a cross-functional or cross-category team
Strong understanding of website and app brand marketing, as well as a strong working knowledge of other digital channels including Apps, Email, SEO, Performance Marketing, ideally in an ecommerce setting
Experience working in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
Proven track record to handle multiple, competing priorities while also remaining detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations on complex business issues required
Strong analytical skills and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization required.
Previous project management experience in maintaining digital marketing channels for a multichannel retailer
Use of marketing analytics tools such as Omniture and Tableau preferred, as well as planning tools like Asana and AirTable
