Globe Shoes, located in Los Angeles, CA. (El Segundo), is growing! This growth creates a new opportunity for a Footwear Developer / Coordinator to join our international design & development team and play a key role in taking shoe design concepts through the development and sampling process into production.

Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Line Lists and Range Selection documents seasonally
- Maintain tracking reports and provide status updates on all sampling projects by daily communication with international agents
- Organize, archive and distribute review samples as necessary
- Relay information to overseas factories regarding sample revisions, blueprint review, sample requests, etc
- Review and Approval of Production Confirmation Samples. Prepare photo samples for shoots
- Work with design team to help meet all seasonal development deadlines
- Work with other departments coordinating Wear Test, Fit and Photo samples within set deadline and document all necessary feedback
- Administer debit notes
- Maintain material and accessory swatch library
- Organize and maintain footwear archives / product storage room
- Update and create Special Make Up sample specification sheets
- Receiving and Shipping samples as necessary

Experience and job skills required:
* At least 2-3 years in Product Development, Production Planning, Administrative Support (Footwear / Action Sports preferred)
* Proficient in creating and updating Excel documents. Experience with Tech Packs a plus
* Computer skills to include Excel, Word, Adobe Illustrator and standard e-mail use
* Must be highly organized, show attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks * Must be a self-starter and able to work effectively in a team environment and as well as independently
* Be capable of working to fixed calendar deadlines
* Willing to travel domestically and internationally if needed
