Element has an immediate opening for an Import Production Assistant! This position requires 1 to 3 years industry experience and is responsible for Import Production from development to production.

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):
* Issuing purchase orders to international factories based on budgets

* Daily communication with vendors to ensure production is correct and on time

* Data entry of purchase orders and maintaining spreadsheets

* Tracking production from development samples through bulk production

* Working closely with merchandising and design

* Approving invoices

* Actualizing costs on a monthly basis

Job Requirements:
* 1-3 years production experience

* AS400 knowledge a plus

* General knowledge of Excel

* Must be detail oriented and well organized

* Ability to work well within a team environment

* Excellent communication and problem solving skills

* Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
