Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven OEM Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on driving sales growth in the OEM channel while indirectly boosting the aftermarket channel. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the bicycle industry’s OEM dynamics, a robust customer portfolio, and a proven track record in business development.


Key Responsibilities:

•            Foster strong, long-term relationships with OEM partners, ensuring sustainable and profitable collaborations.

•            Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with OEM clients to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

•            Map and profile key OEM players in the market to support strategic customer acquisition.

•            Develop partnerships with prestige and niche OEM brands, leveraging co-marketing opportunities to enhance brand image and returns.

•            Gather market insights on product trends and competitors to inform the product marketing team and influence product development.

•            Manage special requests from OEM clients, ensuring proper evaluation and follow-up.

               •            Maintain premium price positioning for Vittoria’s brand in the market.

               •            Collaborate with marketing and product development teams on innovative projects that enhance customer value and drive business growth.

•            Lead strategic and tactical sales planning, including budgeting and collaboration with supply chain operations.

•            Negotiate and manage commercial contracts while overseeing day-to-day sales operations.



Qualifications:

               •            Minimum 5 years of experience managing OEM accounts in the cycling or related industries.

               •            Proven success in business development and project management.

               •            Strong market knowledge with the ability to tailor strategies to regional needs.

               •            Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

               •            Experience in international, matrix-driven organizations.

               •            Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative team approach.

               •            Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM systems.

               •            Willingness to travel up to 50-70%.

               •            Additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French are a plus.

               •            Passion for cycling or familiarity with the cycling industry is highly desirable.
