We’re looking for an Office & Marketing Operations Manager to join our Charleston headquarters and help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes. This role is equal parts organized and adaptable — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves making things run smoothly. You’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing and leadership teams, managing logistics for events and shoots, and keeping day-to-day operations humming.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the go-to for office operations, vendor coordination, and logistics.
  • Support the marketing team with event prep, campaign shipments, and travel coordination.
  • Manage product sample inventory, storage organization, and studio upkeep.
  • Oversee shipment of marketing collateral, partner mailers, and wholesale materials.
  • Track invoices, receipts, and budget logs for the marketing department.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, team travel, and assist with company events.
  • Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and efficient office environment that reflects the Marsh Wear culture.


Who You Are

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented — you love a good checklist.
  • A problem solver who thrives in a team environment and stays calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable wearing many hats — from managing logistics to helping prep a shoot.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with both creative and operations teams.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and basic project management tools (like Asana).


Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience supporting marketing, retail, or creative teams.
  • Have worked in a brand or environment connected to outdoor lifestyle, apparel, or e-commerce.
  • Love the coast, fishing, or just spending time outside — you’ll fit right in.
