Incipio is a fast growing company fueled by a young and aggressive
creative team that has grown to be a major player in the active sports
computer accessories business. The Incipio brand has been working with
and currently sponsors the most decorated athletes in action sports.
From skate to snow to surf, the Incipio team continues to dominate in
their respective disciplines. That same passion for excellence is not just a
part of our outdoor endeavors but also indoors in the studio and board
room. Incipio designs and manufactures a large range of eclectic and
innovative cases for Apple, BlackBerry and Laptop devices.
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate directly with customers via telephone, email or live
chat
2. Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding product line and
compatibility
3. Must be able to instruct customers on proper methods of use,
application and removal of all products
4. Handle and resolve all customer complaints/concerns with patience
and in a professional manner
5. Manage, process and ship hundreds of orders a day cancel or refund
orders
6. Process warranty, exchange, and return requests
7. Help manage online store- update and maintain correct inventory
counts upload images and new product information to online database
Qualifications
1. Must have excellent communication skills- verbal and written
2. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be a
team player.
3. Must be into Apple and BlackBerry devices
4. Enthusiasm for technology is preferred
5. Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in Customer
Service.
