The Digital Marketing Manager creates, develops and implements the short and long term strategy, programs and campaigns to drive awareness of brand equity and consumer engagement on all existing and future digital platforms and devices.

Essential Functions:
1. Create and implement BD’s long-term global equity awareness building digital marketing strategy focusing on entertaining, educating and engaging the user.
2. Create and execute best in class digital marketing programs, services and tools.
3. Cooperate closely with key peers inside and outside of the marketing department in North America, Europe and Asia.
4. Oversee and drive day-to-day, seasonal, yearly additions/updates to all content elements of sites.
5. Manage BD’s brand building digital media buy.
6. Cooperate closely with the e-commerce team to manage BD’s owned digital media and transactional media buy to ensure a seamless user experience on all platforms and devices.
7. Establish, manage and report on Key Performance Indicators/Metrics (KPI/KPMs).

Qualifications:
- Education Required: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Digital Marketing or related fields.
- Work Experience Required: 5 years minimum in an advertising, creative or web agency, or in a corporate marketing or creative department, with concentration in digital marketing.

Skills and General Experience:

Required:
A digital native with proven digital marketing expertise. Demonstrated track record of innovative digital marketing program creation and measurable success. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a networked Mac environment with a high degree of cross-platform communication with servers & networks. Demonstrated ability in project management and to meet deadlines with great attention to detail, while multi-tasking on a variety of projects required. Must be a team player who works well under pressure and works effectively with a team of diverse, international and performance-oriented clients. Demonstrated excellent verbal & written communication skills. An eager creative thinker with an innovative mindset.

Preferred:
All of the above, plus: Experience with creative or marketing departments and/or agencies.

Alternative qualification: Additional 2 years experience in above (7 years total) can substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
