The Role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist based remotely in the U.S. (ideally near Park City, UT or Los Angeles, CA), to support our fast-growing U.S. business. This role reports to the Global Operations Manager and touches nearly every function of the business: logistics, customer service, sales, finance, and marketing.
You'll oversee order flow, customer service, 3PL coordination, sales support, invoicing, platform updates, and system management. You’ll be our go-to for solving operational headaches and making things work better, faster, and smarter.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all order and logistics processes from suppliers to 3PLs to customers (B2B and DTC).
- Manage order entry, invoicing, credit memos, and account onboarding using CIN7 Omni and associated platforms.
- Own data integrity across systems including EDI, Elastic Suite, and inventory platforms.
- Provide sales support with reports, pricing, inventory availability, and new customer onboarding.
- Troubleshoot shipping issues, returns, and inventory discrepancies.
- Create and manage SKUs, pricing files, barcodes, and customer/supplier data.
- Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards for commercial visibility.
- Coordinate PR and ambassador shipments in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Support day-to-day admin tasks including storage oversight, subscriptions, and vendor coordination.
- Lead documentation of SOPs and proactively identify tools and process improvements.
About You
- 3+ years experience in operations, logistics, or systems support roles.
- Proven experience working with 3PLs and managing end-to-end fulfillment.
- Strong Excel and data management skills (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experienced with ERP systems (preferably CIN7 Omni).
- Familiar with EDI workflows and retail compliance.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem solver.
- Effective communicator across teams and time zones.
- Able to thrive in a remote, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in the ski, snow, outdoor, or action sports industries.
- Familiarity with Elastic Suite, Power BI, or Shopify.
- Systems or IT project experience (e.g., platform integrations).
- Passion for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, trail running or general outdoor mischief.
