K2 SNOWBOARD DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

K2 Snowboards, a leading provider of snowboarding equipment, is seeking a qualified Snowboard Development Engineer based at our world headquarters in Seattle, WA.

You will be responsible for crafting a snowboard line that takes constructions, materials and processes to new heights of performance. You will also manage the entire annual snowboard cycle from development, through testing, to final product confirmation to insure on-time sampling and production.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• A passion for snowboards with several years of riding experience.
• Ability to travel internationally several times a year in addition to trade shows, demos, and other events.

Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years relevant product design and project management experience.
• A clear understanding of the snowboard market
• Proficiency is in multiple CAD systems.
• Hands on, prototyping experience
• An expert level snowboarder
