Hoven Vision is looking for Independent Sales Professionals to join the team in open territories within the US, specifically in Mountain Areas and the Southern Florida territory.

Position Summary:
Our team is forward thinking, innovative and passionate about optics and we believe in making a difference in peoples’ lives through the products we make. This fall we are introducing a highly innovative product line designed specifically for action water sports and fishing and we are seeking likeminded Independent Sales Professionals to join our growing team.
Open Territories:
• Southern California
• Pacific Northwest
• Rocky Mountain
• Southeast
• Mid Atlantic
• Northeast
• Texas
**** With our goggle line launching this fall, we have a specific need for reps in our mountain state territories! If this is you - let us know about your complimentary snow lines!!****
Position Duties:
• Manage existing account base
• Prospect and open new accounts
• Process orders through CRM
• Attend local and regional tradeshows
• Provide direct product and market feedback to HQ
• Ability to service the "count and fill" sunglass business within defined territory
• Ability to negotiate terms and pricing to win new accounts and increase shelf space within existing business
Qualifications / Experience Required:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an independent sales rep in action sports and outdoor retail markets
• Current account base with very strong relationships in outdoor retail, surf & skate and regional action sports, lifestyle and sporting goods chains
Compensation:
• Bonus incentives for meeting and exceeding forecasts
• Commission based
