WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
As the PARTNER GO TO MARKET SPECIALIST , you will drive and execute all activities and tasks related to the digital experiences happening in your Key Cities, driving business growth and consumer connections.
You will land the Field of Play strategy by activating and executing innovative and brand defining digital experiences, enabling us to collaborate with our partners in a compelling and premium way. Throughout the relevant gates of the Nike Consumer Code, you drive digital transformations with the partner teams, elevating the service and experiences provide to our FOP to win at the moment of choice.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will work closely with your counterparts in other Key Cities as well as with the EMEA PGTM functions based in EHQ for a continuous alignment and improvement of the digital experiences.
You will report to the EMEA Key City PGTM Berlin Manager and you will be part of the broader EMEA PGTM team which operates in a fast moving environment. In this sense, the ability to navigate within the Nike matrix is essential. This requires flexibility and creative thinking and solutioning. The ability to handle ambiguity, easily adapt to new situations, learn to understand new experiences and train internal and external partners on this.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Be the local lead on Digital Experiences (Physical and Digital)
Establish a first class Nike Brand atmosphere and appearance in the Digital Collaboration Hubs by executing consumer connection concepts and ideas through digital experiences
Make sure digital and physical aspects come together and create a digital experience (Select and plan the right content, manage remotely)
Initiate the set up of the seasonal Digital Collaboration Hub with EHQ (NCC team, Content and Samples) and local vendors
Make sure physical and digital samples are delivered and prepared on time
Help coordinating the experience setup and configuration in Key Cities and Partner fairs locations of our important Partners
Collaborate with x-functional teams in your Key City (Sales, Brand, Tech, GPS) for premium executions every season
Ensure all hardware and software is reliable and working accordingly at all times
Support regular maintenance, manage update activities and order all needed materials in case of refit or new creation of Digital Collaboration Hub
Drive seasonal consistency and look for synergies across all showroom in Key Cities
Redirect platform and capability support to the right teams and owners, escalate where needed
Train users on the different platforms and digital solutions resulting in a flawless experience
Communicate on a frequent base any hardware / software / digital and physical content updates to the users of the collaboration hub
Drive seasonal liquidation samples process, communicate with MPO and Allocation team, work on efficient process
Samples warehouse operations (day to day tasks including support of Key Partners within season samples requests)
Lead Digital Transformation
Support the roll out of new experiences, platforms and capabilities. Be the go to person in your city
Deliver premium digital solutions enabling interactive and inspiring collaborations between internal teams and Nike and Partner
Listen, understand and provide feedback on required capabilities and improvements to EHQ teams.
Train and educate users on the usage of digital experiences and any roll outs or functionality updates of platforms and solutions
Suggest and implement improvements on the experience and process
Guide and educate internal and external teams how to leverage digital solutions and experience to full potential
Redefine and optimize processes which enable the execution
Actively divest from activities which do not contribute to the digital experience
Establish strong connections with the other PGTM teams to share learnings and insights
AREA OF SCOPE
You will be based in Berlin and you will also support London as Key City
(Travel expected on a seasonal basis)
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO NIKE
Excellent and relevant experience within retail, visual merchandising, planning, inventory, design showroom. A mix/combination of experience is a plus
Any experience in design and space retail is a plus
Strong digital and commercial background
Digital project management (execution, coordination)
Creative experience is a plus
Communication and organizational skills
Ability to translate ideas into solutions and implement these
Space and product virtual management tool is a plus
Ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment and to deliver on tactical and operational levels
Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution
Fluent in English written & verbal
