WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Consumer Direct Partner Marketing Manager to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and influencing skills, as this role shapes the work done by local regional teams in the Latin and South American market. They should have a proven track record developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans. Must have a passion for servant leadership, understanding how our partners behave, what their needs are, and how we can best serve them! Must also be a diligent advocate for the business. This role lives and breathes at the unique intersection of art and science - It’s as much about being able to successfully translate complex data/insights, as it is using brand smarts and intuition to uncover inspiring storytelling, drive a great brief, and ultimately, create amazing connections with consumers. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll manage the overall development and execution of Partner Marketing strategy; developing seasonal/daily marketing activations focused on consumer engagement, membership acquisition, retention and reengagement against defined consumer growth priorities. You will be an integral part of the team identifying industry shifts across retail, sport, and culture and then partnering cross-functionally & cross-categorically to shape how we build deep connections with our consumers and communities.
You will be supporting retail brand plan briefs including but not limited to: innovation storytelling through creative (Attract, Engage, Connect), fixturing, and services. You will execute O2O marketing programs including but not limited to: integrated digital/physical brand initiatives and in-store experiences & events. You will lead all details of owned projects/initiatives including communication strategy, preparing and presenting briefs process, managing program overview, work back schedules, creative approvals, project budget, briefing agency, distribution and recap.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work cross-functionally with key wholesale accounts and partner internally across sales,merchandising, planning, channels, media, creative and marketing teams. You’ll also partner closely with our geo partners. This is a team sport and will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus across the Nike matrix.
